It is very possible. Some people here will tell you different though. My Grandson, 3 months in 4 days, is teething already and we questioned the Dr. about it. He said that some babies are born with teeth and so it is not impossible for them to teeth early also. I hope that this helps.
She could be. Do the gums feel hard or look inflammed?
Give her some Calpol and see if it helps.
I would say that she could very well be teething, I know they say that is really early, but that is when my daughter cut her first two teeth. Does she have a fever? Diaper rash? Constipation? diarhia? These are all other signs that could be present when teething, but DO NOT HAVE TO BE!
Maybe try origel, tylenol, or an ancient fashion cold teething ring!
My 9 month ancient started doing the same about the same time. The drool was unbelievable, she could have filled a pond!! Hhowever, she did not really sprout her 2 bottom teeth until about 6 months. She still chews on her fingers and everything else for that matter, constantly and at times bites things with such intensity I just know another tooth has to be coming soon even though we can’t feel anything yet. I reckon teething is a long hard road. . . .

Babies can start teething from inside the womb. BELIEVE ME!! I have 2 kids, a two year ancient and a 6 week ancient who were both born with teeth so I would say yes it is possible that your 3 month ancient is teething.
My daughter was teething at a week ancient had her first tooth at 3 weeks ancient. . . . . . every baby is different. Its very possible.
Sounds like she’s teething alright. She’s at the right age for teething. Don’t worry mom, some cranky time until the teeth pop through. Rub her gums alot, get her a teething ring that you can freeze, or cold popcicles.
My oldest daughter was born three weeks late and had two teeth cutting through at birth!

But anything is possible in life now adays, so yeah, she could
be teething. And PLEASE, instead of using your fingers, buy
your daughter a teether or something made for baby. Not your fingers.
My daughter had all the same signs that you described and she still has so much drool (everyday all the time) and fussiness (not constantly but at least every few days). She is 6 months 3days ancient and she still hasn’t gotten a tooth!
YEs yes yes and yes. my baby was teething at that age and by 6 months there were two teeth. now he has 8 and he is 8 months. just give her stuff to chew on.
Babies can start teething as early as 3 or 4 months. Some babies will experience teething for months (2 or more) before any teeth appear. My small guy did that too, and he’s still doing it at 4 months, 2 weeks. The finger is the right way to go. When she bites, it makes “counter-pressure” against the teeth that are poking her gums, soothing them. It’s a small early for Oragel.
